What to include

If you are reporting a problem with a simulation, it helps to include:

• The ticker symbol, dates, amounts, and interval you used. The easiest way is to click Share after running the simulation and paste the link it creates.
• What you expected to see and what you saw instead.
• Your browser and device, especially for problems with video export.

Good reasons to write

• A price, dividend, or result that looks wrong
• A bug or something that does not work on your device
• A suggestion for a feature or a guide
• A privacy question or a request about your information (see the Privacy Policy)
• A translation that reads awkwardly in English or Korean
